NOTICE INVITING NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF PAKISTAN DRY

BATTERY MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE TERM 2009-2010

BEGINNING FROM 1^ST OCTOBER 2009 TO 30^TH SEPTEMBER 2010.

Dear Sir(s),

In pursuance of the Election Program of the Pakistan Dry Battery Manufacturers Association for the term 2009-2010

beginning from 1^st October 2009 to 30^th September 2010 approved by the Executive Committee, the members are

hereby invited to furnish their nomination(s) for the Election of the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Dry Battery

Manufacturers Association for the term 2009-2010 beginning 1^st October 2009 to 30^th September 2010.

Members are requested to furnish their nominations for Election to the Executive Committee so as to reach the Pakistan

Dry Battery Manufacturers Association office at No. 2, Sasi Town House, 10-11 Civil Lines, Abdullah Haroon Road,

Karachi, positively by 5^th September 2009.

Nomination(s) received after the due date specified above shall not be entertained.

Kindly note that the Proxy System of voting has been abolished and all voters will be required to vote in person.
